This mediation service is available only for disputes between Buro de SO and private consumers. It does not apply to business-to-business disputes.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before commencing legal proceedings.
If no amicable solution can be reached and no applicable mediation process resolves the dispute, the matter will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules of territorial jurisdiction. This provision does not deprive consumers of any mandatory legal protection available to them.
This English version is provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy or difference of interpretation, the French version shall prevail.
